We visit Michinoku Park three a year. There are a lot of flowers, playground. Many families come here and enjoy picnic.
Michinoku Park is in Kawasaki town that is near by Sendai city. When we visited the park first in February 2011, our second child was a baby girl. She cried because of cold and fell down by snow…
In May, spring has come. The tulips are in bloom. Many children play around there. I like the seen every year. I feel spring has come.
By the way, every October, we go there to find autumn. It always be fine day. All families look happy.
Mishinoku’s summer is short, and the fall is long. In the end of August, early fall starts. The first snow comes in the end of November, until then we feel various autumn. We can stay comfortable by 3 PM. After three, it gets cold! The park is located in mountainous regions.
Kokia’s red is so beautiful. Many people want to see them. Our children were more interested in lunch than kokia..
There are some old Michinoku style houses in the park, and events are held every season. We watched a dance with a lion’s mask from Nagai city where is in Yamagata Prefecture.
It is believed that by making a pretense of biting our head evil spirits can be driven away. Last year, we first watched and we have spent fine for a year.
This is Otukimi set. We have a festival called”Otsukimi” which means “viewing the moon” in Japan. The event is praying for a good harvest. I see it, I come to the realization the approach of late autumn.
Michinoku park tells us the season every visiting time.
